Penguins on Parade: A Coat of a Different Color

A Coat of A Different Color was sponsored by Tulsa Community College and the artists were Bill Derrevers and Dewayne Pass. This penguin has always been on the corner of 10th and Cincinnati, a part of Rt. 66, in TCC's Metro Campus parking lot. He is one of the original penguins and unchanged.

He is colorful and the design is textured. He hasn't always had a shade tree to protect him.
